Willamar Country Estates is an exclusive community of only seven lots.  It is located on County Road 535 a few miles south of our Sawyer Sound community on a property which was once a citrus grove.  It is immediately across the street from the Tibet Butler Preserve and only a few miles from Disney’s parks.  The lots are estate lots which are about and acre in size each and most back up to undeveloped wetland conservation areas.
