Winter Garden

W

hen deciding where to build your Cam Bradford Builder new home in the greater Orlando area, why should you consider the city of Winter Garden?  There are many good reasons but here are some that our customers, home buyers like yourself, have expressed to us.

Winter Garden is very convenient to major highways and toll roads in the area and is crisscrossed by the Florida Turnpike, toll road 408, highway 429, highway 50 and more making it one of the easiest places to commute from to most any point in Orange County.  It is also very convenient to the Disney World Parks and Resorts making it one of the choice places for employees of Disney to settle down and raise a family.

Winter Garden is  a family friendly city with great schools nearby like nationally acclaimed Montverde Academy, Foundation Academy Christian School, and the West Orange High School.  There are many parks like the Oakland Nature Preserve, the Tibet-Butler Preserve, Newton Park, several dog parks, and the West Orange Trail, a major biking hub in the Orlando area.

In addition to the convenient access to other parts of Orlando and the great parks and preserves, Winter Garden also offers a Heritage Museum, a huge shopping complex called Winter Garden Village, a community Theatre, a Saturday Farmer’s Market, a splash park for the kids, a cobblestone downtown pedestrian shopping district and so much more!  Check out photos of some of these local Winter Garden attractions below and also nearby Orlando attractions and Things To Do.
